Please note that for some events at The O2, artists require that names are printed on tickets, and that photo ID and the payment card must also be presented at the venue entrance in order to guarantee entry to the event. This is generally to prevent the re-selling and touting of tickets, and to ensure that tickets go to genuine fans. You may also need ID to prove your age.
The lead booker whose name is on the tickets must have all their guests with them and they must all enter at the same time.
Please note that tickets bought through re-selling websites will not be accepted for such events.
If you are unsure if this is required for your event, please contact the venue or your point of purchase.
My tickets were given to me as a gift, can I still attend?
No, entry can only be gained by the lead booker named on the ticket. This was clearly stated at the time of purchase and had to be agreed to before purchase could be completed.
What ID is accepted?
Any government issued photo ID is allowed, so Passport, Driving License, Citizens card or PASS card.
Are copies of ID allowed?
No. It must be the original ID. Unfortunately copies of ID can easily be faked so are not admissible.
