Tickets bought from The O2 website or AXS usually appear on The O2 Venue App within a week of purchase.
If you bought your tickets through secondary ticket agents such as Ticketmaster and SEE tickets, these are often uploaded to the app nearer the time of the event. The customer information from agencies might not be loaded onto our system until a few days before the event. Tickets will not show on the app until the upload is complete.
If you have any issues where tickets are not appearing and you have tried the solutions suggested in the APP FAQ, please contact your original point of purchase.
