Tickets from The O2 and AXS will appear in The O2 Venue app generally within a week of purchase. Some events can take longer and may not appear until nearer the event.
If you have purchased tickets through a ticket agent such as Ticketmaster or SEE these may not be uploaded into the app until very close to the event as we have to wait for the agent to upload the tickets themselves.
If you have any issues where tickets are not appearing and you have tried the solutions suggested in the APP FAQ, please contact your original point of purchase.
