Tickets can take as long as 5 days before the show before they arrive in your inbox or letterbox or show in the app.
If your tickets were disabled access tickets please let the access team know by contacting them on 020 8463 3359.
If not, what you’ll need to do with regards to this is contact your point of purchase. If this was booked through The O2 website, then you’ll need to speak to AXS, the primary ticket agent for the venue. You can get in touch with them on email@example.com, or 0203 481 5503.
They’ll be able to look into this for you and hopefully get everything resolved asap!
