What should I do if I need assistance whist visiting The O2?

Whatever the issue, talk to one of our stewards or head to an information desk on level 1 by block 101 or on level 4 by 410. We want you to have a great time at The O2, so come and see us. We may be able to sort something. It’s hard for us to do that after the event.
