What are booking fees?

Booking fees generally cover a range of costs associated with the production and ticket operations of the event you are attending.

These costs can include, but are not limited to, the cost of printing tickets, merchant fees, maintaining the Guest Services Team, and consistently working on delivering the best possible product to you!

The venue facility fee will allow AEG to continue to invest in enhancing The O2 campus, to ensure that The O2 continue to consistently deliver the highest quality experience for artists, promoters and fans.

The face value of every ticket goes directly to the promoter/artist of the event.
