Can I amend tickets I have purchased for Up At The O2?

Yes you can as long as we have at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your climb date- subject to availability.

There is a £3.50 charge per ticket to reschedule and £7.00 per ticket to upgrade to a sunset or a twilight or a weekend climb.

Please contact our team on 0208 463 2680 open 10-6pm daily.

This service isn’t available if you have missed your climb or the climb date has already passed.
