The O2 -


The O2 Box Office is located on Peninsula Square, on the left-hand side of The O2 main entrance.


Buying Tickets 

At The O2 Box Office, you can purchase tickets for The O2 Arena, indigo at The O2 and Building Six.

The O2 Box Office is open: Monday – Sunday: 12 pm to 7 pm

Tickets can also be purchased:

Booking fees are charged on all tickets, including if purchased in person

All ticket sales are final. No exchanges, refunds or upgrades will be available at the box office.

We accept the following methods of payment: Cash, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.


Other Ticket Sellers 

We encourage you to purchase tickets through our official ticketing partner Other ticket agents may be used by the event organiser or promoter. Check before buying, if you’re not sure as we cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through third parties.

Pre-Sale And On-Sale 

Pre-sales are not usually available at The O2 Box Office. 

If an event on-sale starts at 9am, you can still book online at Please note that the main box office won’t be opening earlier and won’t hold back any tickets. Once they're sold out online, they're sold out completely.


Collecting Tickets 

Tickets can be collected or printed only on the day of the event.
You must have the credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo identification to collect tickets.
No exceptions to his policy will be made and letters of authorisation are not accepted.

  • AXS ticket holders will be able to collect their tickets from the Box Office from the timings below. 
  • Other ticket sellers: if you have purchased your tickets via a different ticket seller and you have to collect your tickets or duplicates, please note that timing is variable (depending on when they are delivered by the agent). The O2 Box Office will endeavour to ensure all tickets are available prior door time.

Arena Opening Hours

On event day with 6.30pm doors, The O2 Box Office will open for collection at 3pm (for 6.30 pm doors or 2 hour prior doors) and will close at 9pm (or half an hour after the main act has started).

On event day with 7.30pm doors, The O2 Box Office will open for collection at 5pm (or 2 hour prior doors) and will close at 9pm.  

If you haven’t received your tickets 3 days prior the event, please contact your original point of purchase.

 Unsure who you have bought your tickets with? Look for a confirmation email in your inbox or check your card statement.


Building Six Opening Hours 

For club nights at Building Six with tickets available at the door, the venue box office will open the same time as doors. 

Valid and in date photo ID is required for entry. Please check the age restriction on the event page. 

Last entry to The O2 is 1am - even if the event finish is later.


Mobile Ticketing 

The O2 Arena only scans tickets off a mobile device if they are within The  O2 or AXS mobile app (found here and here). E-tickets (PDF format) must be printed prior your arrival at the arena. If you haven’t received them, please contact your original point of purchase.

AXS customers: can print off their e-tickets from The O2 Box Office for a charge of £ 3.50, but we highly recommend you print them in advance to avoid queuing or delays entering the show.

E-tickets purchased via other agents must be printed prior off at home. There isn’t a printing facility available on site and the Box Office will not be able to assist.
