The O2 Box Office is located on Peninsula Square, on the left-hand side of The O2 main entrance.
Buying Tickets
At The O2 Box Office, you can purchase tickets for The O2 Arena and Indigo at The O2
Please note: From November 1st 2024, our Box Office opening hours will change.
The O2 Box Office will be open ninety-minutes before arena doors, on event days
We will be closed on non-event days.

Booking fees are charged on all tickets, including if purchased in person
All ticket sales are final. No exchanges, refunds or upgrades will be available at the box office.

Other Ticket Sellers
We encourage you to purchase tickets through our official ticketing partner AXS.com. Other ticket agents may be used by the event organiser or promoter. Check before buying, if you’re not sure as we cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through third parties.

Pre-Sale And On-Sale
Pre-sales are not usually available at The O2 Box Office.
If an event on-sale starts at 9am, you can still book online at AXS.com. Please note that the main box office won’t be opening earlier and won’t hold back any tickets. Once they're sold out online, they're sold out completely.
Collecting Tickets
Tickets can be collected or printed only on the day of the event.
You must have the credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo identification to collect tickets.
No exceptions to his policy will be made and letters of authorisation are not accepted.
- Other ticket sellers: if you have purchased your tickets via a different ticket seller and you have to collect your tickets or duplicates, please note that timing is variable (depending on when they are delivered by the agent). The O2 Box Office will endeavour to ensure all tickets are available prior door time.
Arena Opening Hours
On event day with 6.30pm doors, The O2 Box Office will open for collection at 5pm (for other door times, Box Office will open ninety minutes before doors) and will close at 9pm (or half an hour after the main act has started).

On event day with 7.30pm doors, The O2 Box Office will open for collection at 5pm (or 2 hour prior doors) and will close at 9pm.
