We are trialling making the accessible viewing platforms available online via AXS.com our official ticketing partner.
This is a new process, and any feedback is very welcome.
For the moment, we have only the wheelchair accessible viewing platforms available online.
If your access requirements are not met by the online "Accessible Tickets" (see picture below) booking system, please email email@example.com and the team will help to book your tickets. Please do not book tickets via other links as they may not be suitable for your needs.
How To Book:
Select how many tickets you wish to book. If you require a personal assistant, you must also book them a ticket. If you need assistance booking, please email the Access Team on firstname.lastname@example.org
We have two platforms available online. The platforms are wheelchair accessible and have folding chairs for guests and assistants. They are primarily for wheelchair users but may also be suitable for guests with other access requirements. If you are unsure if they will be suitable, please give the team a call before booking.
Platform 1 - this is also known as W101. It is the viewing platform directly in front of Block 101. (in yellow on image below)
Platform 2 - this is also known as W105/108. These are the viewing platforms at the back of Block 105/108. (In green on image below)
Once you have selected the number of tickets and the platform you require, please follow the on-screen instructions.
If you need a personal assistant to attend the event - we do offer a PA goes free scheme. Please purchase the total amount of tickets you need, including any Personal Assistants, and then send a scanned copy of proof of eligibility to email@example.com along with your order number and show that you have booked. We will then refund the cost of one of the tickets once evidence has been received. Please note that we can only refund before the event and only refund tickets booked via the accessible online portal, other tickets booked outside of the platforms or through other agents can not be refunded.
The following forms of evidence are automatically eligible for PA Goes Free tickets:
- Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)
- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
- Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Credability's Access Card (www.accesscard.org.uk)
If you are unable to provide the above evidence, then we will review your access requirements on a case-by-case basis.
You will receive a confirmation email from AXS.com with your order number on. Please make sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender's list.
