So far we have never needed to cancel a show due to adverse weather. If for any reason this ever changes we will email all customers who have booked and post details on our website http://www/theo2.co.uk and on social media.
If you are travelling to the venue by car, all of the Car Parks are gritted when it snows heavily and our traffic marshals will be out and about to offer any assistance they can. Please take extra time and drive safely.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for travel related issues, unless a show is cancelled or rescheduled.
