We know that accidents happen and health can change between booking your ticket and the day of the show.
So what should you do if, for example, you find your leg in plaster and you can't get to the seat you've booked.
Firstly – give us a call on 020 8463 3359, we may be able to swap your tickets if you've booked directly with us or with AXS.
We may have seats suitable, but these do tend to sell out.
If you have proof of a change of circumstance, then we may be able to offer a refund if you let us know soon enough and depending on the show. A refund isn’t always possible though.
Secondly – if that's not possible or you booked elsewhere, and you don't want to miss the show, come along and talk to the Guest Relations Team, they are there from when the doors open.
They might have tickets more suitable for you. But please don't be upset if they can't reseat you.
