If your event has been cancelled then you will be automatically refunded for your parking.
For postponed events:
If you can make the rescheduled date, there’s nothing for you to do. We will automatically transfer your parking to the corresponding rescheduled date. Please keep your original parking confirmation as you may be asked to show this on arrival.
If you are unable to make the rescheduled date or have any other enquiries please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and a member of the parking team will be happy to assist.
Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back with you.
