My event has moved - will my tickets be valid?

Yes!

Your tickets should still be valid – you don’t need to exchange them to show the new date as our team will be aware of this on the night. The block, row and seat number will stay the same.

Your tickets may disappear from the APP until nearer the rescheduled date, don't panic, this is absolutely normal.

There are a few exceptions so please check the ticket policy for your event.
