Parking & Transport
There are loads of great ways to get to The O2 – take the tube, grab a taxi, ride the bus, or even hop on the Uber Boat by Thames Clipper. You can find us at The O2, Peninsula Square, London, SE10 0DX
Need to drive? No problem - we’ve got 2,500 parking spaces spread across four car parks:
• Car Park 1: Event parking & drop-off/pick-up only
• Car Parks 2-4: Non-event parking (cinema, shops, restaurants, Up at The O2 etc.)
*All car parks have accessible parking bays for Blue Badge holders.
Coming to an Arena or Indigo event?
Pre-book your parking to avoid disappointment. Spaces fill up fast, and can be booked from general on-sale day to 24 hours before the show.
CLICK HERE to pre-book your event parking today.
- If there are two shows in a day and only one time is showing, choose that slot. Parking is valid from 10am (or earlier if a show starts earlier than this) to 10am the next day.
- If pre-booing is full, we have a limited pay on the day option, first come first served basis. Head to Car Park 1 on event day and our marshals will be happy to help.
Rescheduled/cancelled events or changes
Rescheduled/cancelled events: If your event is rescheduled, we’ll automatically transfer your pre-booked parking to the new date. If the event is cancelled, or you can’t go to the rescheduled date, we’ll give you a refund. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your bank statement.
*Please note refunds are only available if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled*
Changes: If you need to change any details (like your car registration) after booking, just email the team: theo2carparking@theo2.co.uk
Visiting the shops, cinema, restaurants or Up at The O2?
No need to pre-book. Pay at the machines (cash or card) in Car Parks 2, 3 and 4. Cinema goers get four hours free parking. Just validate your ticket at the Parking Office (open 24 hours a day) in Car Park 1 after your film.
Regular visitors
Save money with weekly, monthly, and even annual parking passes. Want to know more? Head to the Parking Office in Car Park 1 or send the team an email: theo2carparking@theo2.co.uk
Additional information:
- Car parks are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and monitored 24 hours a day by CCTV.
- Once you enter, you can’t re-enter using the same ticket.
- If you need to contact the parking team, email Theo2carparking@theo2.co.uk or call 0208 463 6718. They’re open daily from 10am to 6pm.
- Valet parking is available for arena events only.
- There are no toilets in the car parks.

Prices
We have a travel plan agreement in place with the local council, so non-event tariffs are cheaper than event day tariffs. If you think you’re being charged incorrectly, come to the parking office before you pay and we’ll check. We might not be able to offer a refund once a tariff’s been paid.

VIP/Suite holders
Parking isn’t included with your ticket as standard – check with your main point of contact from the suite holder if they’ve given you a parking ticket.
To pre-book: Your main contact from the suite holder can arrange parking through their system (subject to availability). Valet parking is offered at a discounted rate to Suite guests.
Drop-off: You can be dropped off at the VIP loop via Meridian Gate, if you’ve provided your details in advance. Your main point of contact from the Suite holder can do this for you. Just let them know your vehicle details (guest name, driver name, registration plate, car make/model, mobile number) which will be registered with the parking team, who will grant you entry.
Other Transport
On event day, we can have up to 2,000 cars trying to leave at the same time, plus buses, minicabs and taxis, on limited road access. Why not try some of the other great types of transport on offer?
