Premium at The O2 is one of London's most unique VIP experiences, where you and your guests will feel like the stars of the show. Our VIP hospitality packages give you access to exclusive areas, private bars and luxurious suites - with options for single events, or year-round access through annual memberships.

Find your perfect place at The O2. We have annual memberships for exclusive seats on Level 1, our popular Club 101, and The NinetyThird by Qatar Airways as well as unique options for our first-class private suites.
Encore Seats
Take up a membership that lets you reserve a seat for all your must-see shows. For every show across the year, we allocate a section of seats on Level 1 to those with Encore Seat memberships, so there will always be a seat for you – even for the most popular shows.

Experience epic views with incredible vibes. Situated on level 1 near the stage, Club 101 puts you up close, so you won’t miss a moment. Behind the seating you’ll find an exclusive private lounge, including a fully stocked bar with complimentary food, and with only 45 members you’ll always have space to socialise - it’s like a club within the arena.

How to book Premium at The O2 experiences
To book single event experiences, follow the following steps:
- Go to theo2.co.uk and select the event you wish to attend.
- Select “Buy Tickets” and then select the “Premium Seating” tile.
- Choose your preferred Premium area from the available options.
- Click the dots to choose your seats. Please click the 'See More' button to view seat inclusions for your specific event.
- Click checkout and follow the payment steps to secure your seats.

To purchase a premium ticket upgrade
If you want to upgrade your existing ticket into one of our Premium areas for an event at The O2, these can be purchased through the official The O2 arena mobile app using the following steps:
- Download the official The O2 app to your mobile phone.
- Inside the app, scroll down and select the “Upgrade your ticket” tile.
- Events that have upgrades available will be listed on this page. Select the event you are interested in purchasing an upgrade for.
- Choose the upgrade you wish to purchase (seats cannot be selected in advance). Please click “More information” to view the inclusions for the specific upgrade.
- Click “ADD TO BASKET” and follow the payment steps to secure your upgrade.
- To collect your upgrade, enter the arena with your existing tickets and then head to the Upgrades Collection Desk on Level 1.
- Show your order confirmation which you can find under “My Orders” to a member of the team who will hand over your upgrade ticket.
- Upgrade tickets will be handed out on a first come first serve basis when you are at the Upgrades desk.
Book the restaurant in The NinetyThird
The NinetyThird members can book the restaurant for an event through their portal. Non-members can potentially be accommodated in the restaurant on a walk-in basis on the day of the event (depending on availability).
