Bag Policy
How many bags is each ticketholder permitted to bring into the venue?
Each ticketholder may carry one clear bag OR re-sealable clear freezer/zip-lock bag.
What items should guests bring with them to help speed up entry?
Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive with only essential items.
What are the requirements for a bag to be considered fully clear?
All bags must be 100% clear (no colour tints, prints, patterns or logos).
What materials are permitted for clear bags?
All bags must be made from clear plastic, vinyl or PVC.
What is the maximum size allowed for a clear bag?
Bags must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm).
What size freezer/zip-lock bag is permitted?
If using a clear freezer/zip-lock bag, this must be medium size (30cm x 26cm) or smaller.
Can I place smaller bags or pouches inside my clear bag?
Please note that all belongings must be individually placed in your clear bag. Items cannot be placed in additional bags within.
Are medical, accessibility or child-care bags allowed into the venue?
Medical, accessibility, parent/child-care related bags or other essential bags will be permitted after venue security inspects them, in accordance with venue policy.
Are cameras or recording devices allowed inside the venue?
NO cameras or recording devices are permitted. (Mobile phones with cameras ARE permitted.)
